Join Lauren Eastwood for a unique healing experience featuring a live soundscape as well as personalized reiki, oracle cards, a ceremonial cacao intention, and more. Katie Cavenagh from Sacred Cocoon HealingĀ will be there and offering you double the healing!
Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of a variety of soothing instruments designed to calm your nervous system and heal at a cellular level while you get personalized hands-on reiki.
No prior experience necessary with sound or Reiki healing- come as you are with curiosity and prepare to relax!
Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat and/or blankets to lay on, and water. An eye mask is also highly recommended for the experience to enable you to go deeper. If you have a journal and pen bring that as well!
