Salt & Sound Morning Meditation – April 12th, 2026

Sit back and relax in the SoulShine Salt Cavern while enjoying a restorative salt & sound morning meditation. Release stress and tension as the salt and sound bring you into a state of peace and presence. Balance and restore your body, mind, and energy. 

Feel free to bring a blanket and water for your comfort. Gravity chairs are provided. Please wear white or light socks in the cave.

Space is limited and a reservation is required. Please email Katie@FeelYourLight.com to save your spot or purchase tickets online.

The SoulShine Salt Cavern is located at The Red Barn in Durham, 352 Main Street, Durham, CT. Please enter through the white door with the purple trim to the left of the main entrance. Plan to arrive a few minutes early to get yourself set up.

Salt & Sound Morning Meditations are offered the 2nd Sunday of the month.
