Join Katie Cavenagh & Lauren Eastwood for a Strawberry Full Moon Activation! This is a special collaboration in the SoulShine Salt Cavern at The Red Barn in Durham! Gather with us as we celebrate one of the sweetest and most grounding full moons of the year. It’s the first full moon of the summer and asks us to balance our inner and outer worlds. It is a moon of culmination — things that have been building inside of us are ready to be released and expressed.

Meditation, energy and breathing practices will be especially potent under this moon — helping us relax, find inner peace, and restore balance. The salt cave is the perfect container for exactly this. Come ready to release what has been heavy, harvest what has been growing, and open your heart to the sweetness of this season.

What to expect

We will channel messages with a collective and gallery oracle card reading and explore themes of the season and personal guidance for only you. Wisdom, healing, next steps, inspiration, and deeper knowing often gets revealed for you.

You will then be guided into an activation of the reading and the season’s energy with salt, sound, and hands-on Reiki healing. We will lead you through a gentle meditation with sound so you can open yourself up to fully receiving.
