Gongs Level 2 Sound Training
Gongs Level 2 Sound Training gives you a deep dive into the mind. Take your gong playing to a whole new level by exploring how sound affects consciousness. As you experience different techniques first hand, you’ll learn how to use altered states of consciousness for manifestation, healing, and relaxation.
Using sound and vibrations to open the body, mind, and energy field can help restore balance. Tension, stress, resistance, and emotional residue can be dissolved, leaving a sense of clarity and lightness. Gongs Level 2 teaches you how to train the subconscious to hold this state of presence as its baseline.
Some previous gong training or sound healing instruction is required for this class. While you do not need your own equipment, using your own gong for mapping is helpful. Gongs, mallets, manual, and certificate of completion will be provided.
