What Can Hypnosis Do For You?

What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a gentle way to reprogram your subconscious. Truth be told, we hypnotize ourselves everyday! Ever been driving and all of a sudden not know how you got home? That’s “Highway” hypnosis. How about crying during a movie because the main character is in emotional pain? That’s it too. Perhaps you’ve been scrolling and don’t know how three hours could have passed? Yup, you guessed it. You were hypnotized then too.

 

There are countless ways we are being hypnotized on the daily. When done with the intention of healing, hypnosis can be a determining factor that creates your success. The reason why is that we work directly with the subconscious to change beliefs at their core. Effectively causing them to take root and stick.

 

Sometimes we forget just how powerful the mind is. When we leverage this power to our advantage, we can create lasting change and a new belief system. Thanks to neuroplasticity, the brain’s ability to adapt and learn new things, change can occur quickly. Gently release old stories, programming, and conditioning with hypnosis. Use the cleared space to construct new beliefs, habits, and patterns that are congruent with your success.


Using hypnosis to create change is an easy, effective, drugless avenue. With decades of research under its belt, hypnosis is a proven remedy for many ailments. This can include addiction, anxiety, pain, insomnia, low confidence, phobias, and unlocking one’s peak performance.

What to expect during a hypnosis session.

During hypnosis, you are always in control. As a facilitator, I bring you down into an altered brainwave state (typically Theta or low Alpha) and give suggestions based on our pre-talk about your intentions to your subconscious.


You have the ability to accept or reject these suggestions at any time, or come out of trance whenever you wish.

Hypnosis is something we do together, as I provide the space for you to relax and let your body recode, and you provide me with the willingness to experience change.


I fully believe in each and every person’s ability to elicit change in their lives, and also in their ability to work with their own body and mind to accomplish the task.

 

An initial intake session is required that will also include your first hypnosis. These sessions are two hours and are necessary so I (as a facilitator) fully understand your goals, known blocks, past success, strengths, weaknesses, and availability for transformation. This helps me create suggestions that will resonate with your belief system, therefore making the process easier and more effective.

Notes and recordings of your session will be available within 24 hours. Email and text support is also accessible between sessions. For lasting results a series of three to eight sessions are recommended.
