Let the sounds of the elements surround you with an intentional soundscape to help clear and balance your energy. Earth, air, fire, water, and space all play a part in your physical and energetic composition, and this soundscape will help bring you into alignment with what you need the most.
Relax into Mother Earth and receive her healing energy as you release what no longer serves you. Call in the elements you need to replenish your body, mind, spirit, and energy by simply allowing the soundwaves to guide you to what you need.
Sound healing is a way to bring you back to that deeper part of yourself, the part of you that’s connected to all things. It helps you recognize parts of yourself that you may have forgotten or neglected.
Occasionally, people have intense emotional reactions to sound healing due to the movement of energy it produces. Know that this is completely normal and is encouraged. Cough, cry, snore, move around, or whatever you need to do, as we are creating a safe space for you to experience your personal depths and acknowledgement.
Please bring a mat or chair, blanket, pillow, and water for your comfort.
