Reboot your system with an elemental chakra cleanse sound healing meditation on Friday, October 4th at The Red Barn in Durham. Relax in the SoulShine Salt Cavern in zero gravity chairs and receive a salt session alongside a guided sound meditation. Balance, cleanse, and revitalize your chakra system in a gentle and soothing way to raise your vibration and restore vibrancy to your body, mind, and soul.

Halotherapy (salt therapy) has shown positive benefits for an array of conditions such as improved sleep, lower stress, relief from skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis, and can help with respiratory problems such as allergies, asthma, and lung disorders.*

Sound healing also has shown positive benefits for the physical body by promoting relaxation, relieving stress and tension, and creating space in the mind to slow down. Energetic benefits include feeling lighter, clearer, and more positive.

We will be working with the Elemental Chakra system, which consists of 5 energy centers. They are linked to specific elements, organs, sounds, emotions, and colors. A guided meditation will bring you through each chakra with specific suggestions for clearing, harmonizing, and activating.

Please note that WHITE SOCKS must be worn in the salt cave.

Plan to arrive a few minutes early to get yourself set up, and bring a blanket and water. Gravity chairs are provided. Space is limited to 10, and a reservation is required.
