Fundamentals of Sound: Group Sessions covers everything you need to know about facilitating sound meditation sessions for groups of all sizes. Dig into logistics, technique, creation, and performance.

Learn and practice techniques for playing different instruments and how to create an effective soundscape for yourself and others. Hands on exercises and experiences will heighten your understanding of the ways sound affects the physical body, energy, and space. 

Explore ways to set up, open, and close your sacred space for healing. Discover what works for you and build from there. You will be given a formula to use to help you create cohesive soundscapes for all occasions.

Discuss benefits, mistakes, myths, and more during this five hour intensive. Certificate of acknowledgement given, and this class fulfills one of the requirements for the full 30 Hour Sound Healer Certification.

Class materials will be provided, but feel free to bring your own instruments to learn on and work with.
