Are you curious about sound healing and if it’s the right avenue for you? Do you want to enhance your healing practice with a new technique? Have you been interested in sound healing but don’t know where to start?
Sound healing has a profound effect on the body and mind. It changes the frequency of your energy to be more aligned with love, gratitude, acceptance, oneness, and peace. Sound brings you into a deep state of calm, peaceful relaxation where your body can work to repair itself.
Understanding how sound works with your physical body and energy system helps you to use it effectively and safely for yourself and others.
In this two and a half hour introductory class, you will receive an overview on the foundations of sound healing. This includes (but is not limited to) understanding the benefits of sound healing, exploring a range of instruments, learning how sound affects the body, mind, and energy, self-healing techniques to use for personal practice, building blocks of how to create a soundscape, and first hand experience on how sound can bring about a shift.
Adding sound healing to your holistic repertoire will open you up to many new opportunities, and offer you and your clients an even deeper healing experience. A little training goes a long way, so why not up your value and potential with this Introduction to Sound Healing class?
All materials will be provided, but feel free to bring your own instruments to learn on.
This is a Level 1 class focused on self-healing (similar to Reiki 1) and is designed for personal practice at an introductory level. A certificate of attendance will be given to all participants.
