Salt & Sound event for the Feel Your Light newsletter VIPs. Enjoy an hour long salt & sound meditation in the SoulShine Salt Cavern at The Red Barn in Durham.

Relax in a gravity chair and be transported to a place of peaceful stillness to refresh and balance your energy and nervous system. 

Please wear white or light colored socks in the cave and bring a blanket and water for your comfort.
