SUMMARY:Reiki\, Salt\, & Sound
DESCRIPTION:The three elements of Reiki\, Salt (Halotherapy)\, and Sound provide a unique healing experience. Join Reiki Masters Deborah Page and Katie Cavenagh in the SoulShine Salt Cavern for a deep restorative session for the body and mind. Relax in gravity chairs and receive balancing energy while releasing stress and tension. Breathe in the salt and allow it to cleanse and detoxify. \nReiki – Each participant will receive a short\, hands on reiki boost from Deborah\, designed to help balance and clear the energy system. Distance reiki will be sent through the sound by Katie. \nSalt – 45 minutes of salt therapy will also assist in detoxifying the body and reducing stress. Breathe in the fine salt crystals that are released into the air. Surround yourself with walls and a floor of pink Himalayan salt.\n \nSound – Various instruments will be played alongside the gongs providing a soundscape designed to balance and reset the mind\, body\, and energy field.\n \nPlan to arrive a few minutes early to get yourself set up. Bring a blanket\, water\, and anything else that you need for comfort. Space is limited to 10\, and a reservation is required. Please note that WHITE OR LIGHT SOCKS must be worn in the salt cave. \nEmail info@sacred-cocoon.com to save your spot or buy tickets online. $99 self-care investment. \nLearn more about the Soulshine Salt Cavern at The Red Barn in Durham.

SUMMARY:Full Flower Moon Activation
DESCRIPTION:Katie Cavenagh and Lauren Eastwood are teaming up again for a special collaboration in the SoulShine Salt Cavern at The Red Barn in Durham for the Full Flower Moon in May!  \nIf you have never been in a salt cave\, halotherapy is a wonderful healing tool that helps with reducing inflammation\, easing respiratory issues\, improving skin conditions and more. The SoulShine Salt Cavern is a beautiful and calming space to enjoy this unique therapy. \nGather with us in the cave as we celebrate the full moon in Pisces which fosters a sense of deep sensitivity\, empathy\, and artistic\, intuitive energy. It is an ideal time for going inward with meditation and self-care.  \nJoin together to release what no longer serves you and allow for inner transformation and healing. Let the sound bath and Reiki help you go deeper and hear more of what your guides and intuition are telling you are your best next steps for this season. \nWe will channel messages with a collective and gallery oracle card reading and explore themes of the season and personal guidance for only you. Wisdom\, healing\, next steps\, inspiration\, and deeper knowing often gets revealed for you. \nYou will then be guided into an activation of the reading and the season’s energy with salt\, sound\, and hands-on Reiki healing. We will lead you through a gentle meditation with sound so you can receive the healing energy of the salt and Reiki. \nInfo\nSpace is limited to 10 and pricing is $99.  \nPlease reserve your space at the link below\, or email KatieCavenagh@gmail.com or lauren@lbhealing.com with any questions or to book directly with us. \nFeel free to bring a blanket and water. Gravity chairs and an eye mask will be provided. Please wear white or light colored socks and plan to arrive a few minutes early to set up. \nBook online here – ONLY 2 SPOTS LEFT!!!!!\n
