Distance reiki will be sent through the sound by Katie. \nSalt – 45 minutes of salt therapy will also assist in detoxifying the body and reducing stress. Breathe in the fine salt crystals that are released into the air. Enjoy being surrounded by walls and a floor of pink Himalayan salt.\n \nSound – Various instruments will be played alongside the gongs providing a soundscape designed to balance and reset the mind\, body\, and energy field.\n \nPlan to arrive a few minutes early to get yourself set up.
