Since your conscious mind becomes occupied with sounds its never heard before\, the subconscious then has the power to assist your transformation from the inside out. \nWhile the mind is entrained rather than burdened with its busy thoughts from the day\, the body has the opportunity to release stagnant or trapped energy. Once this happens\, you can begin to feel lighter and happier\, therefore giving you a better overall sense of wellbeing. \nGenerally\, sound healing meditations will include a short guided hypnotic induction to help you relax. Then you are set free to experience the sounds as they work to amplify your healing intentions. Following the soundscape there is a guided call back to ground you into your body and the present moment. \nEach week a different topic is covered for the purpose of variety\, but remains focused towards healing and relaxation. \n  \nSessions run every Tuesday from 7-8:15pm at The Red Barn in Durham.
