This special collaboration will leave you feeling restored\, refreshed\, and ready for the new season. \nAs day and night find equal footing\, we gather in sacred community to honor the turning of the season. The Spring Equinox marks a threshold of balance…a moment to emerge gently from winter’s inward pull and welcome the returning light with intention and care. Together\, we’ll create space to reflect\, recalibrate\, and plant seeds for the season ahead. \nOur evening will begin with a warm herbal beverage and a grounding opening\, inviting you to explore themes of balance\, renewal\, and new beginnings. Through mindful journaling and shared reflection\, you’ll be supported in clarifying what is ready to grow and what wants to be left behind. \nWe’ll close with a deeply restorative yoga journey\, supported by essential oils\, optional hands-on assists led by Lauren Dailey\, and an ethereal sound bath played by Katie Cavenagh.
