Have you been interested or curious about adding the element of sound to your practice? What would a new layer of knowledge do for your personal and professional life? \nWorking with sound amplifies energy as well as helps in opening you up to new levels of awareness. Explore the different ways using sound can amplify your energy.  Find out how to apply it to your current routine and practice. \nTaking aspects of mindfulness\, meditation\, Reiki\, and consciousness\, this intensive is designed to expand your knowledge base. It approaches a new perspective on the ability to give and receive healing for yourself and others. It’s a deep dive into the elemental chakra system and its corresponding sound vibrations. \nDevelop your Reiki skills alongside a sound practice to deepen your connection to yourself and Spirit. Learn the kotodama for the healing symbols. Practice hands-on as well as distance Reiki with sound and allow yourself to step into a new level of healing. \nReikiSound Info\nReceive instruction on multiple instruments or focus specifically on what you currently play/will be playing in the future.  \nNo instruments or experience with sound healing required. A variety of instruments will be available\, but feel free to bring your own instruments to learn and practice on. A printed manual and certificate of completion will be provided. \nQuestions? SUMMARY:Tuesday Sound Healing Meditation
DESCRIPTION:Tuesday Sound Healing Meditation\, 7pm-8:15pm.\nTuesday Sound healing meditations are a wonderful way to relax and restore your body\, mind\, and spirit.  \nExperience your consciousness opening to a deep level of awareness with the ability to make changes within your physical body and energy field. Since your conscious mind becomes occupied with sounds its never heard before\, the subconscious then has the power to assist your transformation from the inside out. \nWhile the mind is entrained rather than burdened with its busy thoughts from the day\, the body has the opportunity to release stagnant or trapped energy. Once this happens\, you can begin to feel lighter and happier\, therefore giving you a better overall sense of wellbeing. \nGenerally\, sound healing meditations will include a short guided hypnotic induction to help you relax. Then you are set free to experience the sounds as they work to amplify your healing intentions. Following the soundscape there is a guided call back to ground you into your body and the present moment. \nEach week a different topic is covered for the purpose of variety\, but remains focused towards healing and relaxation. \n  \nSessions run every Tuesday from 7-8:15pm at The Red Barn in Durham. The cost is $35 per session or $100 for four sessions that can be used within three months. Payable via cash\, Venmo\, or PayPal. Online reservations are not currently available\, please email Katie@FeelYourLight.com to confirm and save your spot. \nPlease bring a mat\, blanket\, pillow\, and water for your comfort. Plan to arrive a few minutes early to set up and settle in. RSVP via email or text so you know what room we are in or if anything changes with the session. \nRSVP REQUIRED NO LATER THAN NOON ON TUESDAY. \nMINIMUM OF 3 PARTICIPANTS TO RUN A SESSION. \n
