DESCRIPTION:The three elements of Reiki\, Salt (Halotherapy)\, and Sound provide a unique healing experience. Join Reiki Masters Deborah Page and Katie Cavenagh in the SoulShine Salt Cavern for a deep restorative session for the body and mind. Relax in gravity chairs and receive balancing energy while releasing stress and tension. Breathe in the salt and allow it to cleanse and detoxify. \nReiki – Each participant will receive a short\, hands on reiki boost from Deborah\, designed to help balance and clear the energy system. Distance reiki will be sent through the sound by Katie. \nSalt – 45 minutes of salt therapy will also assist in detoxifying the body and reducing stress. Breathe in the fine salt crystals that are released into the air. Enjoy being surrounded by walls and a floor of pink Himalayan salt.\n \nSound – Various instruments will be played alongside the gongs providing a soundscape designed to balance and reset the mind\, body\, and energy field.\n \nPlan to arrive a few minutes early to get yourself set up. Bring a blanket\, water\, and anything else that you need for comfort. Space is limited to 10\, and a reservation is required. It approaches a new perspective on the ability to give and receive healing for yourself and others. It’s a deep dive into the elemental chakra system and its corresponding sound vibrations. \nDevelop your Reiki skills alongside a sound practice to deepen your connection to yourself and Spirit. Learn the kotodama for the healing symbols. Practice hands-on as well as distance Reiki with sound and allow yourself to step into a new level of healing. \nReikiSound Info\nReceive instruction on multiple instruments or focus specifically on what you currently play/will be playing in the future.  \nNo instruments or experience with sound healing required.
