DESCRIPTION:Join us for a Winter Solstice Gathering at Raven’s Wing Yoga in Branford.\n\nAs the longest night of the year descends\, we gather in sacred community to honor the turning of the season. A time to slow down\, reflect\, and reconnect with the light that guides us forward. Through shared intention and gentle embodiment practices\, we’ll create space for release\, renewal\, and heartfelt connection.\n\n\nOur evening will begin with a warm herbal beverage and a grounding opening\, inviting you to explore the themes of darkness\, rest\, and rebirth. Through mindful journaling and sharing\, you’ll be supported in reflecting on these themes. \nWe will end with a deeply restorative yoga journey accompanied by essential oils\, optional hands-on assists\, and the ethereal sounds of gongs played by the beautiful Katie Cavenagh.
