Ecstatic dance is a free-form movement meditation that provides dancers with the opportunity to dance in ways that feel healing and authentic. This is a space to awaken inner awareness\, release what no longer serves\, and invite all parts of yourself to be felt\, seen\, and moved. \nThere is no choreography\, no performance. Just your body\, your breath\, and the beat.
