Balance and restore your body\, mind\, and energy.  \nFeel free to bring a blanket and water for your comfort. Gravity chairs are provided. Please wear white or light socks in the cave. \nSpace is limited and a reservation is required. Please email Katie@FeelYourLight.com to save your spot or purchase tickets online. \nThe SoulShine Salt Cavern is located at The Red Barn in Durham\, 352 Main Street\, Durham\, CT. Please enter through the white door with the purple trim to the left of the main entrance. Katie Cavenagh from Sacred Cocoon Healing will be there and offering you double the healing! \nImmerse yourself in the healing vibrations of a variety of soothing instruments designed to calm your nervous system and heal at a cellular level while you get personalized hands-on reiki. \nNo prior experience necessary with sound or Reiki healing- come as you are with curiosity and prepare to relax! \nPlease wear comfortable clothing\, bring a yoga mat and/or blankets to lay on\, and water. An eye mask is also highly recommended for the experience to enable you to go deeper. If you have a journal and pen bring that as well! \nPricing is $50 per person.
