DESCRIPTION:Have you been using sound for yourself and your clients? It’s being shown more and more how therapeutic sound can help relax and balance the body and mind. Let this be an invitation to deepen your sound meditation practice with Singing Bowls Level 2.  \nDesigned with group and private sessions in mind\, this class will help you create therapeutic soundscapes for relaxation and healing. You’ll get to be on both the giving and receiving side\, with plenty of hands-on practice to hone your skills. \nExplore expanded techniques for playing both the metal and crystal bowls. Discover new ways to create\, facilitate\, and collaborate on meditations and sound baths. Learn basic music theory about chords and rhythm to help you work the more musical side of your singing bowls. \nExpand your capacity for healing and holding space with exercises designed to push you past your limits. Dive into your inner self while working with the bowls as you welcome in new awareness. This class is just as much a healing experience for you as it is technical learning. \n  \nSinging Bowls Level 2 Info:\n  \nExperience is required. Singing Bowls Level 1 is a prerequisite to this class. Inquire if you are unsure if any previous training with other teachers meets the requirements. \nYou will receive a printed copy of the manual as well as a certificate of acknowledgement for completing the five hour intensive training.
