With hands-on experience\, you will learn techniques to open your consciousness\, channel cosmic frequencies\, and align with your innate mystical knowledge. \nUse the element of Space to expand your energy field and the ways you tap into healing vibrations. Let the gongs connect with you on a deep and personal level to resolve or shake loose your subconscious patterns. Anchor in the exercises in your body\, mind\, and field so you can guide your clients through their own voyage of self-reflection. \nBuild on the teachings from Gongs Level 1 and hone your mallet skills\, dynamics\, variations\, journeying\, and overall soundscape creation. First-hand experience and practice allows you to feel comfortable leading yourself and others through a Mystical Gong Bath. \nLevel 2 Gong Training Info\nThe gongs provide a unique vibrational sound experience unlike any other. Multiple size gongs will be available for you to learn on. If you have your own you are encouraged to bring them\, along with your mallets and other accessories you use. This is important for mapping purposes as no two gongs are alike. Join Reiki Masters Deborah Page and Katie Cavenagh in the SoulShine Salt Cavern for a deep restorative session for the body and mind. Relax in gravity chairs and receive balancing energy while releasing stress and tension. Breathe in the salt and allow it to cleanse and detoxify. \nReiki – Each participant will receive a short\, hands on reiki boost from Deborah\, designed to help balance and clear the energy system. Distance reiki will be sent through the sound by Katie. \nSalt – 45 minutes of salt therapy will also assist in detoxifying the body and reducing stress. Breathe in the fine salt crystals that are released into the air. DESCRIPTION:Tuesday Sound Healing Meditation\, 7pm-8:15pm.\nTuesday Sound healing meditations are a wonderful way to relax and restore your body\, mind\, and spirit.  \nExperience your consciousness opening to a deep level of awareness with the ability to make changes within your physical body and energy field. Since your conscious mind becomes occupied with sounds its never heard before\, the subconscious then has the power to assist your transformation from the inside out. \nWhile the mind is entrained rather than burdened with its busy thoughts from the day\, the body has the opportunity to release stagnant or trapped energy. Once this happens\, you can begin to feel lighter and happier\, therefore giving you a better overall sense of wellbeing. \nGenerally\, sound healing meditations will include a short guided hypnotic induction to help you relax. Then you are set free to experience the sounds as they work to amplify your healing intentions. Following the soundscape there is a guided call back to ground you into your body and the present moment. \nEach week a different topic is covered for the purpose of variety\, but remains focused towards healing and relaxation. \n  \nSessions run every Tuesday from 7-8:15pm at The Red Barn in Durham. The cost is $35 per session or $100 for four sessions that can be used within three months. Payable via cash\, Venmo\, or PayPal. Online reservations are not currently available\, please email Katie@FeelYourLight.com to confirm and save your spot. \nPlease bring a mat\, blanket\, pillow\, and water for your comfort. Plan to arrive a few minutes early to set up and settle in.
