Once this happens\, you can begin to feel lighter and happier\, therefore giving you a better overall sense of wellbeing. \nGenerally\, sound healing meditations will include a short guided hypnotic induction to help you relax. Then you are set free to experience the sounds as they work to amplify your healing intentions. Following the soundscape there is a guided call back to ground you into your body and the present moment. \nEach week a different topic is covered for the purpose of variety\, but remains focused towards healing and relaxation. \n  \nSessions run every Tuesday from 7-8:15pm at The Red Barn in Durham. The cost is $35 per session or $100 for four sessions that can be used within three months. Payable via cash\, Venmo\, or PayPal.
