DESCRIPTION:Reiki\, Salt\, & Sound\nSaturday\, November 8th\, 3-4:30pm $99\n  \nThe three elements of reiki\, salt\, and sound provide a unique spiritual experience. Join reiki masters Deborah Page and Katie Cavenagh in the salt cave for a deep restorative sound healing session.  \nReiki\nEach participant will receive a short\, hands on reiki boost from Deborah\, designed to help balance and clear the energy system.  \nSalt\n45 minutes of salt therapy will also assist in detoxifying the body and reducing stress. \nSound\nKatie will be sending distance reiki while offering a soothing sound bath throughout the full session.  \n  \nPlease note that WHITE SOCKS must be worn in the salt cave. \nPlan to arrive a few minutes early to get yourself set up\, and bring a blanket and water.
